These hand-curated, all-natural botanical flavours are expertly blended and balanced with a touch of cane sugar and filtered water. The result– a premium gin-inspired spirit that makes crafting sophisticated and distinctive zero-proof cocktails effortless.

Just like their Empress 1908 Indigo Gin, butterfly pea blossom gives Empress 1908 0.0 Indigo its distinct indigo hue. Discovered in a bespoke tea blend at Fairmont Empress, the pea blossom imbues the spirit with a distinctive earthy note that balances traditional citrus notes and yields a rich pigmentation. This deep indigo hue changes to bright lavender, soft pink, or fuchsia depending on the mixer, adding to the rich sensory experience of enjoying an Empress 1908 cocktail. No artificial colours are used, so while the flavour will last forever, the unique indigo colour will fade over time.
