Oddbird Low intervention 2 Wine is made from Auxerrois, Pinot Blanc & Riesling, creating tones of citrus, sweet fruits, honey, spices, and cardamom with a high acidity. Low Intervention Organic White Nº 2 is a floral and fruity wine with a lively complexity that stays long on the palate with tension. Matured for 12 months before being gently liberated from alcohol.
