Acid Test Kit for Wine

This Acid Test Kit is used to test total acidity in fresh musts and finishes wines. The Acid Test Kit consists of a syringe, sodium hydroxide and phenophalein solution, and easy to follow instructions. All wine kits have predetermined (always lower than their commercial counterparts) acid levels to ensure faster aging and product consistency. Acid titration allows the amateur winemaker to adjust (increase) the starting acid levels for longer term aging of wine.
