For a wine-like zest of flavour just add a few drops of this Bark and Bitter Remarkable Sparkling Solution! Remarkable sparking solution is a sour blend of acids found in sparkling wine, for a familiar hit of astringency, texture, and tannin. Add to soda for a flavour similar to sparkling wine, or pair with our Overtly Orange Bitters and Novara Aperitivo for an elevated, non-alcoholic Spritz Royale.

It can also lend depth and complexity to dealcoholized wine! Some non-alcoholic wines often just take like juice, so this solution will add tannins, giving it more complexity and tasting like "real wine". As this Remarkable Sparkling Solution still/flat liquid solution, it won't make your non-sparkling wine bubbly or effervescent, but it will add flavour and acid as well as cut sweetness!
