The Dillon's Peach and Lavender Cocktail Syrup is a perfect seasonal cocktail syrup that combines Niagara peaches and fresh lavender made using organic cane sugar to help you create the most lovely summer cocktails. That being said, we must say a Bees Knee's in front of a fireplace during a snow storm is pretty satisfying too. Basically, what we're saying is, we think it can be used year round if you want to!
