Generous aromatic complexity with notes of fresh green apple, orange blossom, peach, lavender, apricot and muddled lemon, and has a delicate mousse of small, uniform bubbles. It delivers a balanced mid-body experience, where the cooler vintage’s acidity keep the palate fresh and vibrant.
