Leitz Zero Point Five Pinot Noir

Leitz Zero Point Five Pinot Noir delivers an (almost) real red wine experience without the alcohol. Intense red berry fruit rises from the glass and offers juicy cherry aromas on the palate. A very harmonious red wine alternative with nuances of currants that does not immediately reveal that 99.5% the alcohol is missing!

Made from the same grapes as their traditional cuvées, Leitz dealcoholized wines follow a rigorous process that preserves the original flavours and aromas. Vacuum distillation extracts the alcohol under extremely low pressure and temperature (around -30°C) and isolates the volatile flavours. The result is a fruity, balanced Pinot Noir with beautiful acidity. Serve chilled with a beetroot and strawberry verrine.
