These Luxardo Rhubarb Bitters gives a slightly sour rhubarb flavor to cocktails and drinks. It also has a certain smokiness and is great where you want to tone down sweetness in a cocktail!
Luxardo recommends these rhubarb bitters in cocktails such as the Gin Sour, Moscow Mule, Gin and Tonic, and a Dry Martini. They will add depth and an exciting twist to these classics. We tested with a sweet Gin and rhubarb soda and this is lovely. You can also use this with club soda and ice to get a low-alcohol alternative!
