The The Hudson Standard Catskill Masala Bitters are an earthy, turmeric, and floral tulsi blend with the woodsy bite of Hudson Valley spicebush, giving Eastern spices a local twist. A few drops of these Catskill Masala bitters add an aromatic complexity to classic whisky and rum cocktails, such as an Old Fashioned or a Mai Tai. These bitters will also enhance the flavor of salsas, curries, and casseroles!
